How can I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking the account button at the top right. By creating an account, you can view your order history and track and manage your purchases and returns. You can also wish list your preferred items and track their availability easily.

How can I go to my account settings?

You can access your account settings by clicking the account button at the top right after you logging into your account.

What can I do if I forget my password?

If you do not remember your password, you can click the "Forget Your Password" button on the pop-up window after clicking the account button at the top right, then you can reset your password using your registered email address.

I can't log into my account?

If you cannot login to your account for any reason, please contact us at support@noixjewelry.com so that we can provide the necessary technical support.

ORDER

Can I change my order once it's been placed?

We can make changes on orders only within 1 hour after the order is placed. Since the delivery process for your order will have started beyond this period, it will not be possible for us to make any changes. For your change requests, please contact us via support@noixjewelry.com.

Can I cancel my order once it's been placed?

We can only cancel the order within 1 hour after the order is placed. As the delivery process for your order will have started beyond this period, unfortunately it will not be possible for us to cancel. For your cancellation requests, please contact us at support@noixjewelry.com. After your order is delivered, you can initiate the return process.

What should I do if I receive my order with missing item?

If your order has been delivered with the missing product, please contact us within 24 hours via support@noixjewelry.com, stating your order number and the missing item.

What should I do if I never receive my order?

If your order has not reached you within the promised time for your preferred shipping type, please contact us via support@noixjewelry.com, stating your order number.

What should I do if my favorite item is sold out?

In general, almost all of our products are highly appreciated by our customers, but still some of them have a separate place and may be out of stock in a short time due to your intense demand. In such cases, we take action quickly to restock our products, but unfortunately, it is not possible to give a precise timing of when these products can be listed again depending on the different variables that affect our production processes.

What should I do if my order is damaged?

If the item you ordered is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours via support@noixjewelry.com by sending your name and order number along with the photo of the damaged product.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If you have received a different product from the one you ordered, please contact us at support@noixjewelry.com with your name and order number. We will be pleased to take action to deliver the right product you ordered in the fastest way without any additional charges.

How do I use my discount code?

You can use your discount codes by entering the relevant section in the checkout section while placing your order.

Can I combine discounts?

No, it is not possible to use more than one discount code per order.

PAYMENT

What methods of payment do you accept?

We work with the following payment providers; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.

Will I be charged a sales tax on my order?

Sales tax will be automatically applied to your order based on applicable state and local sales tax laws and shipping destination. The terms contained herein are subject to change as taxation regulations continue to evolve. Noix continually monitors state and local tax laws to ensure compliance. Please note that you are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding payment of all use taxes, duties and other taxes and the declaration of goods in your state or country of residence. Your purchase may be subject to use tax. With respect to purchases on which Noix does not collect sales tax, your state may require you to report such purchase and remit tax on a sales, use or individual income tax return. Forms and corresponding instructions may be found on your state website regarding state taxes.

Definitely. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server.

Pre-orders: Pre-order deliveries are made generally within a period of 1-3 weeks from the pre-order date depending on the location. Please expect 1 week for the United States and 2-3 weeks for the United Kingdom, Canada and other regions.

Engraving Services: Please allow up to five (5) business days for your personalized item to ship. If you prefer your non-engraved items to be shipped immediately, please kindly indicate that by using the "Special Instructions" box of the shopping cart page. Otherwise, your entire order will be held and shipped as complete when engraving items are ready.

COVID-19: Due to the ongoing pandemic and the measures taken accordingly, unintentional delays may occur in the delivery times of all shipping services.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

We offer our customers four different options with varying delivery times to be handled by USPS and FedEx. Your orders are delivered within 3-5 days with the USPS First Class Mail option, within 1-3 days with the USPS Priority Mail, within 2 days with the FedEx 2-Day Air option, and within 1 day with the FedEx Priority Overnight option.

Do you provide free shipping?

Yes! We offer free expedited shipping for all US orders by USPS First Class Mail. In addition to that, all $100+ orders will benefit from the free expedited shipping by USPS Priority Mail.

Do you provide express shipping?

Yes! Your orders will be delivered within 1 day with the FedEx Priority Overnight option.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you reach us via support@noixjewelry.com within 1 hour after placing your order, we can help you. Beyond this timing, it is unfortunately not possible for us to assist you with your change request as the delivery process for your order will have started.

How can I track my order?

You can query your order on USPS or FedEx tracking pages using your cargo tracking number, which we will share shortly after placing your order.

What should I do if my tracking says delivered but I didn't get?

In such a case, please make sure that your order is not left to your neighbor or to a different place around your address for security purposes by the delivery authorities. Then, please contact us immediately via support@noixjewelry.com, stating your name and order number.

What should I do if my delivery is returned to the sender?

Such a situation is usually caused by the incorrect or insufficient address information you have provided or your absence at your address. In case of this, even if the first shipment is made free of charge, the re-shipment will only be made by reflecting the shipping fee depending on the option you choose.

Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, please make sure that the button indicating a different delivery address from the billing address is clicked in the shipping section while placing your order, and that you have entered your address correctly and completely.

Do you provide international shipping?

Yes, we do all our international shipments with USPS. Our shipping schedules and costs vary by country. We get your final approval by sharing this information with you right after your order is passed.

What should I do to start a return process?

After making sure that your product meets the return conditions, please contact us at support@noixjewelry.com with your name and order number.

When will I receive my refund?

If your return request is approved after the inspection we will do with your product, the return process will be completed within 3-7 working days depending on the bank where your payment was made.

Will you refund my delivery cost?

Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are not covered by us.

SIZING & CARE

How do I know my ring size?

There are 3 different methods you can use to determine your ring size. The first and easiest method is to measure your finger with a string or strip of paper. Please wrap the strip of paper or rope around the base of your finger where you will wear your ring, and then mark where the paper is overlapped. This measure in millimeters or inches is the measure of the circumference of your finger. Then you can determine the corresponding ring size from our size chart.

The second method is to use a ring you already have and that fits well on your finger. You can measure the inner diameter of this ring from the inside of the ring with a ruler. You can determine the ring size corresponding to the measurement in millimeters or inches by looking at the measurement table.

As the third and last method, you can use a printable finger size gauge chart that you can easily find on the internet. When printing, please make sure that the print scale is set to 100% and the "fit to page" box is unchecked, otherwise the dimensions will appear larger or smaller than they should be. After printing, you can find the exact size by placing the ring in the corresponding circles in the guide.

How should I care for my jewelry?

You can take care of your jewelery with some simple precautions you will take in daily life and you can keep them looking like the first day for a long time. First of all, we should not forget that our jewelry consists entirely of organic materials, this means that any chemical substance they will be exposed to will cause reaction and degradation in their nature. For this reason, we recommend that you remove your jewelry while taking a shower, swimming or doing any activity that causes sweating. At the same time, we would like to state that all perfume, lotion and cosmetic products can cause damage in contact with your jewelry due to their chemical content. We recommend that you wear your jewelery after your perfumery and cosmetic application. Otherwise, your jewelry may face the risk of stains and tarnishing. You can protect your jewelry from direct sunlight and sudden temperature changes so that they retain their color and shine for a long time. For this reason, be sure to keep your jewelry in their boxes or pouches when not in use. If there is any staining or contamination on your jewelry due to external factors, you can wipe it with a soft non-abrasive cloth. Since your jewelry consists of organic materials, they will definitely need care depending on the intensity and time of use. With these simple precautions, you can use them in their first day form for as long as possible, but apart from that, we recommend that you get them in a comprehensive professional maintenance and repair once a year.

Can I shower with my jewelry?

The ingredients in your jewelry are organic. Water, sweat and all kinds of chemicals react on your jewelry and cause your jewelry to wear out. So please make sure you take off your jewelry before showering.

Where should I store my jewelry?

Keep your jewelery in its boxes and pouches when not in use. Thus, you protect them from external influences such as moisture, direct sunlight and sudden heat changes.

How should I clean my jewelry?

When dirt or stains appear on your jewelry, you can wipe it clean with a soft, non-abrasive cloth. Make sure you do not use any chemical cleaners while doing this.

MATERIALS

What materials do you use?

We mainly use 14 karat gold and rhodium plating on .925 sterling silver in our products. In addition, we enrich our designs with many different gemstones such as agate, amazonite, opal, onyx, moonstone, amethyst, turquoise, labradorite and pearl.

What is Pure Gold?

Pure gold is also called 24 karat gold or 100% gold. It does not contain any other type of metal and all 24 pieces are 100% gold. Since 24K is the purest form of gold, it is more expensive than lower carats such as 22K, 18K, 14K. But on the other hand, since its density is less than other carats, it is softer and more flexible. This situation makes it difficult for the designer to use 24K gold in models suitable for daily use. On the user side, it requires more precision and maintenance as it can be easily drawn. For this reason, 14 carat gold is used in most designs today for both durability and lower maintenance.

What is 14K Gold?

14 karat gold is not 100% pure gold, meaning 14 out of 24 pieces are gold. It contains 41.7% other durable metals such as copper, zinc, silver, nickel as opposed to 58.3% gold in its component. The proportions of these other metals may vary, but the proportion of gold cannot change and must remain at 58.3%, otherwise it cannot be certified as 14K. When using gold for jewelry, it is very important to create a metal mixture as pure gold is too soft to wear every day. Because while a higher carat means a purer gold content, it also means a less durable metal. For this reason, 14K or 18K gold, which is harder, stronger and more affordable, is often used in jewelry designs.

What is Sterling Silver?

Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% by weight of silver and 7.5% by weight of other metals, usually copper. The sterling silver standard has a minimum millesimal fineness of 925. Fine silver, for example 99.9% pure silver, is relatively soft, so silver is usually alloyed with copper to increase its hardness and strength.
